STERLING CASA DE CAMBIO, SA DE CV, commercially identified as STERLING or STERLING CASA DE CAMBIO (The Company or STERLING), is a Mexican company with address at Calle Francisco de Quevedo #117, Piso 8, Colonia Arcos Vallarta, CP 44130, at Guadalajara, Jalisco, and whose electronic address is www.sterlingcc.com.mx.

The Company, for the provision of its services, collects from the Holders: their name, address, occupation, date and place of birth, nationality, profession or line of business, telephone number, RFC, copy or capture of an official identification image, CURP , bank account number and name of the bank (as well as all the others contemplated by article 95 of the General Law of Organizations and Auxiliary Credit Activities). These Data are collected so that the Company can carry out the activities contemplated in its corporate purpose, in accordance with the authorization granted by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.

The image of the Users will also be collected through the Closed Circuit Television Cameras established in branches or windows of the Company, for security purposes. STERLING may collect the electronic mail of The Holders for information and publicity purposes. The Company does not collect data through cookies or web beacons within its website.

CONSENT

The contracting and / or celebration of any transaction with The Company, supposes an express consent on the treatment of the Data.

DATA TRANSMISSION

The Data collected by The Company may be transmitted to financial institutions and / or national or foreign government authorities, in order to carry out subsequent operations of the Company’s business that require the identification of the origin of the documents or funds operated, as well as to comply with the regulations applicable to the business and for the prevention of money laundering. The Company may transmit the Data to affiliated companies, related and / or belonging to the same economic interest group, in order to offer services and products. The Data may also be transmitted to The Company’s suppliers when required, including but not limited to, IT service providers and collection offices.

DATA CONSERVATION AND SECURITY MEASURES

All the Data collected by the Company are protected with security measures that guarantee its conservation. All STERLING personnel in charge of the treatment and conservation of the Data, have the necessary training for it, and are bound by contractual confidentiality obligations.

EXERCISE OF THE RIGHTS OF ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION AND OPPOSITION

The Holders may Access, Rectify, Cancel and Oppose the processing of the Data (ARCO Rights), except when there is a legal obligation that requires its conservation. For this, STERLING has a Data Protection Department that can be contacted through the email privacy@sterlingcc.com.mx.

Users may exercise any of the ARCO Rights, as well as revoke their consent to treatment, when this does not affect the services contracted by Users or there is no legal provision that prevents it, by presenting a letter at the address of The Company, or By request sent by email to the account privacy@sterlingcc.com.mx. Attached to the request, Users must present or send an image of their official identification, to verify the validity of the request, as well as the identification and power of attorney of their attorney, when acting on behalf of an agent.

STERLING will respond to any request for the exercise of ARCO Rights, as well as for the revocation of consent, giving a preliminary response within a period of no more than 15 business days after receiving the request, and a final response within 15 business days after the request. preliminary response, by the same means used by Users to make their request.

For the exercise of the right of Cancellation, the Company may block the information of the owner who requests it, until it is verified that the cancellation of the same does not affect any obligation of or with STERLING, as well as with its relations with third parties.

Users may limit the use of their data for promotional or advertising purposes, or express their refusal to process their Data for these purposes, through a link included in the electronic communications that are sent to them.
